About Phil

I’ve spent nearly two decades developing high-end homes. Through my development company, Catterson Wood, I now focus solely on prime and super-prime residential projects driven by one goal: to create the world’s most beautiful homes. My passion is in curating and overseeing teams of world-class designers, contractors, and artisans, and guiding them with a clear, singular vision to create best-in-class developments.

I started where many of you are now. Over time, I moved from refurbishing small flats to building ultra-prime mansions and guiding some of the finest design teams in the world.

Our most recent project, Vantage, won an unprecedented three awards at the International Property Awards, including, most notably, the UK’s ‘Best Residential Development’. This was a project we acquired with plans already in place, and with my design changes, oversight, and guidance, not only did it win awards, but we also increased the end-value by over £3m.

We are currently working on two ultra-prime mansions in Jersey’s most exclusive residential location with an estimated end-value in excess of £47m. Working alongside a truly world-class design team, we took the project from concept through to RIBA Stage 4 ready for fit-out. When complete, they will undoubtedly rank among the finest estates, not just in Jersey, but globally.
